1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Teempad Camera ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Teempad Camera is a mobile application that enables live video streaming to YouTube with scoreboard overlay functionality. The App requires a Google account with YouTube channel access.

3. Account Requirements

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the App's streaming features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Subscriptions

• The App offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription.
• Pro subscriptions are billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Stream content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you stream. Teempad does not monitor, review, or control user-generated content. Your streams are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the property of Teempad and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Sign-In, YouTube API, and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Streaming quality depends on your network connection and device capabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teempad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
